Description

A renovated 3-room apartment in the center of Liepāja, at 3 Bernātu Street, in a separate courtyard house - a two-story apartment with a total area of 61 sq.m. Layout: on the 1st floor of the building - kitchen combined with a living room, bathroom with toilet, utility room. On the 2nd floor - two separate bedrooms, toilet. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating from the heating system, with remote control for each room's heating mode. The apartment is heated by a new Daikin "air-water" type heat pump. The separately partitioned boiler room is equipped with water/sewage outlets for connecting a washing machine/tumble dryer. The apartment has two separate entrances, one of which is equipped with a driveway - for easier movement of wheelchairs, bicycles. The apartment's walls, ceilings are insulated with 50 mm stone wool, the floor with 100 mm polystyrene. The building has a new metal roof covering, all electrical wiring, water and sewage connections have been redone.The total price includes the costs of facade renovation/insulation, which will be started soon.A renovation project has been developed and approved by the Building Authority.
