“Mežaparka Rezidences” will cover 31ha large well-developed territory, which is a harmonious continuation of the historical neighbourhood of Mežaparks. The concept includes closed, private and landscaped territory, with villas, twin villas, row houses and apartment houses within it.Wide spaces, lightness, and well thought-out planning of row houses ensure comfort and privacy for each resident.The project Mežaparka Rezidences is the most ambitious residential development in the Baltic states.It is unique in that it is able to use the last remaining undeveloped area of Mežaparks to add a new, sunny, and green residential area on 31 hectares.The project utilizes modern infrastructure and sustainable architecture in a safe and well maintained area. We offer dwellings to suit any purpose – apartments, row and twin homes, villas, and undeveloped plots for building.Mežaparka Rezidences covers an area of 31 ha along Kokneses prospekts to Gustava Zemgaļa gatve and is a harmonious continuation of historic Mežaparks.The designer of the development is Andris Kronbergs. Over 15 villa projects that fit the atmosphere of Mežaparks have been created by noted Latvian architects, such as Reinis Liepiņš, Gatis Didrihsons, and Diāna Zalāne, as well as US architect Vladimir Arsene.Currently, the first phase of infrastructure has been completed (10 ha):- Utilities: city water and sewage, gas- Well-lit interlocking brick sidewalks and streets- Well maintained territory- Green spaces with benchesIn order to maintain the safety and comfort of residents, maintenance and security are available 24/7.During the Phase 1, over 40 building plots have been created, including utilities for twin villas, row houses and apartment buildings.Read more
