Jūrmala, Dubulti, prospect Zigfrīda Meierovica. A small hotel is for sale in the Jūrmala dunes. The two-story brick building with reinforced concrete covers was built in 1989. The building has been operating as a hotel since 1993. The total area of the hotel is 657.3 sq.m., the area of the plot is 829 sq.m. All city communications – city water supply and sewerage, city central heating. A total of 16 rooms are conveniently located on two floors, each with a shower, toilet and a small kitchen. In the basement there is a dining room, a kitchen, a heating unit, a laundry room, storage rooms, a room that can be used for a sauna and a massage room, a toilet and a shower room. It is only about 100m to the beach, to the center of Jurmala - Majoriem and Jomas pedestrian street with cafes and restaurants, a 10-15 minute walk along the sidewalk or along the beach. The residence of the President is located approximately 30 meters away.The geographical location of the building is unique - this is the narrowest place in Jurmala between the sea and the river, only 320 meters.The hotel currently has 4 types of rooms:4 rooms without loggias,8 rooms with a loggia (2 of them on the 1st floor are connected, can optionally be used as 2-room apartments),2 rooms with additional side window and loggia,2 rooms with an enlarged loggia/terrace.There are 16 rooms in total, all rooms with shower and toilet, 8 rooms each on the 1st and 2nd floors.Read more
