The area is enclosed with a barrier gate (residents have phone access control), with entry available from two sides.A swimming area has been arranged on the bank of the Maza Jugla River.The village has paved and illuminated streets, and a children’s playground for recreation.Property management is provided by the village association – security, funds for village maintenance, waste collection, gas, and water supply (the village has its own borehole). Electricity – 3 phases, 25 amperes.All necessary infrastructure is available within a short drive – shops, school, and medical facilities.
